The Lamb Barn, from Ohio, was built in the early 1870's and stands 40' X 70' with a 30' peak. It was built wit a mix of hand hewn and sawn beams, has stout 12 X 12 upright oak beams, and 2 integral ladders to the loft area. The foundation was hand cut granite blocks, currently being used as the retaining wall.

The Lamb now stands at the top of a hill, and is the main living space for our clients. It is complete with a kitchen, dining area, sun niche', floor to ceiling moss-rock double-sided fireplace, great room, media room, 2 half baths, office, exercise area, and a second floor sun patio. The residence is completed with 2 conventionally built satellites attached by enclosed walkways. The first contains the Master suite, with kitchenette, maids quarters and guest bedroom and the second is the guest suites with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, maids quarters, kitchenette, with a caretaker's apartment below. The residence is completed with a full length stone patio with built-in BBQ grill and hot tub.
